Iranian Special Olympics representatives attend the Special Olympics MENA Region Presidents' Meeting
The biennial meeting of the Special Olympics Presidents of the Mena Region will be held in Abu Dhabi, UAE, from November 14 to 18, and the President, Secretary General and Technical Director of Special Olympics Iran will be present at this coordination meeting. During this 5-day course, in addition to teaching the basics of Special Olympics, new strategies of the International Special Olympics Organization and strategies for developing this program will be discussed and experiences will be exchanged. At this meeting, which was held after attending Friday prayers in Abu Dhabi, in honor of the efforts of Professor Dadkhah, the late President of Special Olympics Iran in developing this program in the region, the attendees stood in silence for a minute and recited the Quran.
